Unacceptable service to a stage four cancer patient in them most greatest hospital. I will not stand up for this hospital and it's good name will never tell anyone to go here. The staff acts as if they don't want minorities to be seen here. I'm upset sick and have been treated very unfairly. Head we nurse Ashley was really disrespectful and unprofessional and talked to me as if I was a child. I was then sat with the inmates that came in from a jail after I complained about the service and the day before I was sat outside at dark and it was cold it was told to me that it was a nice day and I should sit outside after I told them I was cold and in pain. And I was being in by emt. I'm aware it's busy but it's no way to talk and treat a person. I'm so upset. And the other nurse wouldn't give me her name and told me I had to put my phone away when trying to call my daughter to pick me up after being treated unfairly. Resolution Sought Someone needs to put nurses in more training on how to talk to patients or people period. I think I want a follow up call on this manner bc it's no way she or anyone should have a job dealing with people and they don't know how to speak to people like they are adults.
