Richard Lombardi and his partner AJ Crawford was referred by my realtor, Renee Lombardi, as a contractor who could help me with the construction on my new home. Upon receiving an estimate on the Job Mr Lombardi and Crawford claim they can complete. I signed the contract and provided Mr Lombardy and his partner the fees that required to complete the Job. Mr Lombardi and his partner took over $15000.00 from me and did not completed the Job that was on the contract. Mr Lombardi and his partner left my property on 10/27/22 with debris, uninstalled window and electric cord hanging on the wall without completed the Job; after stating He will be focusing on the inside work on that day. All I am asking is for justice because Mr Lombardi and his partner have scammed me and my husband, took all our money and left our home unsafe for our children to live in. it is unethical on their part. I would like to request some assistance to resolve this matter and get some of my money back for the Job that was not completed, in which I had to get someone else to complete the Job. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund me $ 7000.00 for the uncompleted Job.
