I met with Trinidad. He explained everything and was totally thorough. I could tell he knew what he was talking about because he went into detail. I realized how long he was in the roofing business when we were talking and he explained all of the things about roofing to me that he knew. He is a humble person. He told me he does not know everything about roofing, but he has two brothers that have been in the business for 30 years that work with him and are part of his team. When they have any issues or problems, they talk to each other to come up with a solution and with their experience can solve the problem.

His contract was very detailed with what he would or would not do. What really impressed me was that he was not a “one man” show. He had up to 6-8 guys working on my deck because he wanted to get it done as quickly as I did. I wanted to put insulation below the deck, which was not part of the deal. His guys helped me put the insulation in. They did something they were not getting paid for and they did not complain about it. When they were finished, they took all the garbage and left everything neat and clean. His prices are good. He is competent, friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to do this again, I would definitely call him. I have his contact information in my phone. I would give him 5 stars any day of the week.
