The "amount disputed" is irrelevant, I had to put a number. This business has ZERO customer service (rarely answers emails, when they do nothing is solved) and I have frequent problems with them not shipping on time. They claim a 2pm central order deadline if you want your order shipped that day, yet frequently they wait until the next day if that to ship your order adding not just days but sometimes an entire weekend to your arrival time. And it doesn't necessarily matter if you order standard ground shipping or Next Day Air. This is right out false advertising and bad business and it happens very frequently and its most frustrating and if you read their reviews you'll see I'm not the only one with this problem. Frankly, I'm sick of it. Resolution Sought For them to do the job they promise their customers, for them to do better or stop doing business if they're going to continue to right out lie.
