I recently bought a truck from Loan Mountain at 600 W 172nd St, South Holland, IL 60473. Upon purchase I went to the t/a they recommended in Gary Indiana and had a level one inspection done. It passes. Upon getting home 1k miles away I noticed busted springs on the 5th wheel. T/a wouldn't work on it because of the liability factor so I brought it to Freightliner. The 5th wheel is severely rotted and needs to be replaced. Loan mountain would not go good for it. On top of the money involved, I could of killed someone if I had hooked a trailer to it Resolution Sought Reimburse at least half and do a better job so that nobody gets killed. Or, I am even willing to accept one truck payment off the purchase price.

We offer every customer the opportunity to get the equipment checked out at the third party of their choice, but we are very clear that if any repairs are needed the customer needs to return the truck to us so that we can verify the problem and then fix it at our shop. Most of our customers get the trucks checked out locally so that if something comes up it's a short trip back. This gentleman drove the truck from Chicago to Massachusetts. When he called from Mass. we told him that if there was something wrong that we would need to correct it at our shop, so he decided to fix it where he was instead of bringing it to one of our locations. He still has the truck and it doesn't look like he has had many issues since.
