This place is lacking customer service in a major way. When I applied for a truck, the person who called me interrogated me for the most part. The entire vibe was unwelcoming and very negative. I was able to provide all the credentials, the business opened for more than 2 years, 24 months of bank statements. I can prove I had the down payment and even 12 or more months of payments on hand. I advised the person conducting the interview that my business manager who keeps the books was present. She refused to allow him to speak. She requested detailed information about employees, what they will be paid, and a detailed business plan. She continued to integrate me. When I asked my business manager to confirm she cut me off. She was very rude. Then she stated she doesn't feel comfortable continuing with the process. It felt like she was looking for a reason not to approve the application rather than helping me. I have great credit, proof of funds on hand. I have never been treated in such an unfriendly way. I went to another company and got approval in less than 15 minutes. This place needs a crash course in customer service. Hell, they need training in basic people skills. When we get another truck we will make sure to never go through this company for the way they treated us. I am very discussed. They advertise how they are for the people but lack people skills. Thats makes no sense. Speak with a manager or higher up to discuss the bad service.
