I'd like to express my disappointment with the unsatisfactory level of service provided by Lonestar Integrated Solutions, which is owned by Dennis DeLaGarza. I had high expectations from his company and his promises to complete the job. Unfortunately, he refused to finish the job after receiving the $75,000, as well as another $25,000 for other projects. Mr. Dennis left the job unfinished, so we hired another company to finish it. It is frustrating that we discovered that the job he completed was incorrect and that everything must be redone. He promised that the job would be completed in 8 weeks and that the results would be turnkey. I have reported my case to the Business Bureau in the hopes that it will be resolved. Mr. Dennis' company is untrustworthy and provides poor service, and I don't want someone else to go through what I went through. There are numerous complaints from other customers demonstrating Mr. Dennis' inability to complete a job. My experience with his company and the owner was unprofessional, and he made no guarantees that he would complete the project. He has ignored our phone calls and refuses to communicate with us about how to resolve the amount of money he owes us. I truly believe that Mr. Dennis took advantage of his customers who are disabled in a way that appears to be a scam because as soon as he received the money, we lost contact.
