I have had it with there running around avoiding me. They took four months to get my claim done and that took me to threaten them with a lawyer to even do that. I was told by their supervisor Mr. S. Godinez I would be sent a check 3 Fridays ago and still nothing. Now the employees with a title won't return my calls and they ignore my messages. Please help me to get my insurance claim money I have been on foot for 4 months and it was on video camera and the guy took off running and got charged for aggravated assault please help me. I can't even get to work sometimes and I have kids and a girlfriend to support I need yall , if I get a lawyer he'll take 40 percent of it. These people get money paid to them every day and they act like they can't pay a small claim Resolution Sought I just want my value of the car which is 4000.00 and I'll want them to pay for me paying just to get to work
