My father, ordered a pair of boots in December 2020. He has not received the boots or a refund and one phone call and 3 emails from the owner indicating that the boots would be delivered in 120 days from email in January 2021. We have called (the mailbox is always full), stopped by the store. Resolution Sought A refund and contact from owner.
