Had a roof done by them back in October was done poorly, did not tarp property left nails around house siding damage no plywood was used that was supposed to or ice shield improperly installed . New drip edge dented up during install , trim that separates roof from siding all bent up, house was left dirty , shingle cut short against house . We called days after done they sent out inspector to access job they are aware of bad workmanship and said they will repair ,but are busy and will get someone out as soon as available. We still have a dumpster in our yard for over a month no one gas given us a date to repair , they got paid from finance company we are no longer a priority . project manager JasonPatriquin@longhp.com. (phone #3392168226) this was our second estimate because they sounded more professional than our local estimate and they were the higher price over local Resolution Sought All we want is our house repaired to pre job conditions. Old roof was installed better we only replaced because of are new home inspection we just bought house last year
