The first time I went to this school to get my hair done the teacher was nasty and ripped the Cape off me and went to throw me out, I had to tell her not to touch me. I contacted the manager and agreed to go back and the 2 times I went were good. But then I got a teacher named Gloria, I said I want the color I got the last 2 times I was here. they are supposed to put it in the computer and keep record of the color. I brought in my extensions of the color I wanted also. BETWEEN her and the secretary they couldn't figure out the color I wanted. The secretary should not even been involved. my hair was horrible I got up was crying and said just give me my money back. They also did not give me my senior discount that I asked for. I advised her and she still didn't give me back my discount. THE teacher said come back in will fix it. I went back the teacher said I waited too long. it was never my fault that they didn't put my hair color in the computer all the times I went. I was sick for a few weeks and didn't want to get anyone sick. I said your not going to fix my hair like you promised . I said you should care about reviews. GLORIA SAID I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT REVIEWS. you waited too long and would not honor her word I wanted to call the cops the first time. I work for a law firm and expect to get treated with respect not abuse and reckless behavior by 2 different teachers. Resolution Sought I work for a law firm and I didn't think I was going to get abused by Ms Vicky and thrown out very humiliated and embarrassed. THEN go back for more GLORIA LIED DIDN'T KEEP HER WORD. THEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK LIKE I ASKED FOR WHEN I LEFT CRYING
