I bought a 300.00 visa gift card, registered it and it said its ready to go but I took it back to longs and it don't work. I asked them for refund but they said they can't refund me. This was in November 2023, they told me they would call corporate but still the answer is no I paid in cash and gave them my receipt with the card. I've been going at least every week but always get the runaround. Resolution Sought I want my 300.00 Dollars back.
