Customer Complaint

Contractor agreed to come out while and adjuster was here from the insurance company to validate claims of hail damage. Contractor failed to show up when adjuster was here. Contractor was the one that encouraged us to file the claim. Resolution Sought Not sure what can be done. Didn't really receive any true services.
