He took 500.00 deposit n did not do the job . Resolution Sought Give my deposit back

This client's deposit has already been refunded by company check. He has already CASHED it!!! However, we are certain this client would not report that information. Please see both check # and transaction date below: Check #198 Bank: VyStar Credit Union cashed - October 30, 2023. Additionally, please see attached correspondence (copy of ltr sent to BCA for Review) with Mr. James Phillips concerning deposit refund. Hopefully, our company's response clears any questions concerning their alleged complaint. Sincerely, Loper Services, LLC.
