My top glass range broke because of covid we waited 6 months they told us it would be coming for 2 months. Then they said they couldn't get it. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do do that. That I would have to go through my bank/ card. So I contacted them and they said because it was for goods or services and t was already drafted / paid out they need to refund it. I went back and they said 4 weeks before I could get it. It's 8 months later and I'm still waiting. They don't answer or return my calls. It's very sad. Will not do business with them anymore. Resolution Sought Re fund my money.
