There is no phone number to speak to a live human. You have to send an email that goes into a black hole. No one responds. I tried canceling my order before it shipped, but because they didn't respond to the email,the order was shipped anyway. I an trying to return the item for a full refund, but the order number is not even registering. I found that the order number on the return slip is wrong. I'm afraid I will be out of my money for long periods of time even if returned because they have a 1 star rating on Yelp and EVERYONE has had this exact same issue. Resolution Sought The order is being shipped back today. I would like my refund expeditiously within the 7-10 day time frame.
