The amount listed is due to 3 individual that tried to beat me out of my case that was in their care. October 16. 2015 I was in a car accident while standing still. The Company I was working for was Calvary Staffing that had contracted with ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL. My job was to transport cars from one area of the Newark Airport to DODD ST. IN ELIZABETH NJ. A FOOD TRUCK HIT THE VEHICLE I was transporting and kept going. But, it was caught on SURVEILLANCE. THE LAWYER that was representing me at that time was Jeffrey Fattell. A Great Lawyer. But Jeff had fallen to a Domestic Violence situation and was incarcerated. So the firm picked up the case. And failed Horrible. For 6 Years I have been going through turmoil. I even had to 2022 file my case to the ETHICS COMMITTEE. DUE TO BEING INFORMED MY CASE HAD LAPSED. I GAVE ALL TEXTES, PLUS RECORDING OF THE LAST TALK WITH MR. KORBIN & JURY RAMERO THE PAR-LEGAL WHO TOOK MORE RESPONSIBILITY than MR.KORBIN. 6 Years of being Treated so UNETHICAL. I NEED HELP. Resolution Sought I Need to be Heard and BROUGHT OUT. I want to Show how I was Treated after this firm found out this FOOD TRUCK had a 100.000 POLICY. AND WANTED TO Beat ME OUT OF MY CLAIM THAT Jeff had informed ne what to expect. When I moved to GEORGIA 2018 & then COVID hit this firm saw Easy Money . Calvary STAFFING COMPENSATION WAS $16.000 ok, then When it Came TO Enterprise part no Communication. I had a ZOOM call finally May 11 2021 with the insurance Company for ENTERPRISE, NEVER HEARD Anything. Next
