There is a leak above my front door outside. It looks like it my be either the roof or gutter. I emailed Lordon and they sent someone to fix it, but they did a half job. Later Lordon had our entire roof repaired, but there is still a leak in front of my door. I've been emailing them about the leak in front of our door, but they keep telling me that we just got a new roof, but there is clearly a leak in front of my door. This is frustrating and I want it fixed promptly. Resolution Sought Fix the leak in front of my door.

Thank you for your submission. Please note that i have been advised that your roof was already repaired and has been reinspected and the contractor reported that the roof does not leak. What he suggested is that the a/c condensation line on the roof be rerouted towards the gutter/downspout area and that the gutter be adjusted so the fluids will go from the roof into the downspout in lieu of coming off the top of the roof. If you are having any interior leaks please advise. Otherwise, the contractor feels that the issue with the water dripping off the roof will be resolved with what he is suggesting. thank you.
