I had my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder towed to Lorenzo as the car had broken down. Lorenzo told me I needed a new engine as there was sludge throughout the engine. They accused me of not properly giving my car oil changes as it wasn't showing up on Carfax. They were insistent I was at fault. The garage I have oil changes done does not report on Carfax. I decided to get a second opinion and had the car towed to another garage. I'm so glad I did because it ended up being a cracked spark plug. My engine was fine and the car is home and running great. I reached out to the service manager with no response. Lorenzo charged a diagnosing fee. The garage that repaired my car said Lorenzo probably didn't even look past that one spark plug. I genuinely believe they were trying to make me do a costly unnecessary repair. They did not thoroughly look at the car or they would have seen the engine was fine. Resolution Sought I would like my diagnostic fee returned. I purchased the car there and have referred people to their dealership. I have been a good customer.

A reservation was made on 3/30/24-3/31/24 for 1 night Booking ID: I7AG6397, a split payment of $51.98 processed On 3/31/24 a payment was made at 8:55am but it was made for the pervious day again which was 3/30/24-3/31/24 Booking ID: URFR3776. We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately we are unable to do a refund of $180.00. BCA received copies of the folios for each booking.
