On 6/19/20, an alert appeared on my computer that warned if I did not contact the company advertised, my computer would crash. I called them, followed their instructions, they pretended to clean the hard drive on my computer, I paid by debit card ($200) and within a week, my computer crashed. After my technician replaced my tower, he warned me never to reply to this type of warning again. After unsuccessfully trying to locate this company through the BBB, they called again and because I recognized them (East Indian accent set up this time as a website company), they promised to refund my money but never did. This time they were: Lorkolstar, LLC, 3700 Ravenwood Drive, Bartlesville, OK 74006, 334-422-9822/918-332-2405/tech support: 229-234-4545; transaction ID: 62747360077; e-mail: LORKOLSTAR1@gmail.com. Then on 7/09/21 they called again. I immediately recognized their voice -- David, Emp. ID 007. He called telling me my warranty needed to be renewed for $400; he started instructing me as to what to do on my computer, but I told him I would have to consult my technician and he hung up. His numbers were: 229-589-8586 and 216-270-1948. When I called these numbers back, no one answered. I was advised by the PA Attorney General's office to file a complaint with them, the police department, IC3 and you. Thank you for your help in this regard. Resolution Sought Get my $200 refund.
