4/19/2021 @10am los amigos auctioned off two hondas ; a 2002 accord and a 2000 prelude for $500.00 each. I purchased them paying a total $1070. 00 the $70.00 was for the paperwork on the prelude. When she gave me the paperwork for the accord I noticed someone else's name on the paperwork just crossed out. I asked her if I could have another paper she said no they don't make copies. She said it 'd be ok its legal. So they took me to the accord and TITIAN, who's name was on the paperwork got the key got into the car didn't want to give it to me finally he did, I took it home. Went back for the prelude. Nothing. No one no car. The next morning I called where's the Prelude? She said she thought it got stolen. They had taken it out of the yard and left it on the side of the road. I asked why? She said to make it easier for me. It turns out Titians best friend has the car. I asked her for the paperwork she said she gave it to titian. Why? She thought we were friends. ?? Then on the 23 of April I got pulled over for stealing the Honda accord. I didn't steal it. But since Titians name was first on the paperwork they let him take it. I had registered it online but didn't print out the paperwork. To show the officer. Then I'm told that los amigos employee is Titians sister in law. they planned this out. They got a buyer before they put it in there name, they call them in stolen. They got cars And I got citation for stolen property and lost $1070. I feel they were responsible . Resolution Sought To pay me my money back. To make sure I'm not charged with stolen property because they know I didn't steal anything. I couldn't report the prelude stolen because she gave titian the paperwork which should of been giving to me I bought the car. Not Titian. Or to replace the cars with car like the ones I bought. I feel that is fair. Not to just cross a name to shred the old form write a new one. She didn't remove the old license plates either. She was suppose to. She needs to be fined or audited
