HORRIBLE Experience

We have done business with them for years & have hardly gotten any results. The owner (Mike) is very rude & unprofessional. It seems as if you don't keep 100% of your business with them, even though they are producing unacceptable results (last account collected on for us was a year ago!), they don't want to deal with you at all. If you have a choice & you actually want your money collected, I would recommend you go to a different agency!
