It was raining outside and I was boarding the bus traveling eastbound. I was getting on the bus on Florence & van ness but the bus stopped at the light across the from the bus stop,. When I got on the bus I slipped and fell, and injured my knee. And also my elbow I had to miss school which cost me 4,200. Because I had to make up to modules in order to complete the course as HVAC tech. Also I had to get a chiropractor for my knee and Elbow which is not covered by medical. Resolution Sought Refund me the cost for school and help with my medical Chiropractic bills that I had occurred.

I was riding on the bus bus 18 date 5/11/2022 I got on the bus I had just got off work I got off the bus on San Pedro and 5th as I was exiting the bus the back door the bus driver closed the back door before I was completely off the bus the door hit me on my right lower part of my side by my hip and I was hurt I'm screaming but not really screaming screaming but it was yelling you're closing the door on me the door is closed on me and I'm saying ouch the bus driver open the door so I couldn't continue to get my body out of the bus he closed the door and immediately drove off did not ask was I okay or anything that door hit me on my right side lower part of my hip and yes it did hurt I went to the doctor my doctor primary Care checked me out immediately I was going there anyway to get my blood checked my blood pressure check but it said I had an injury today is May 12th 2022 527 a.m. I am still hurting on my right side the doctor told me she know it's not broken nothing is broken or anything thank God but I'm Bruce and it did hurt the driver could at least ask me was I okay he did nothing but shut his door and immediately pulled off I think this is very unfair please do somebody please contact me. I am on my way to work, now but I'm still in pain, so if I don't feel any better by this evening I'm going to get my ibuprofen at the doctor recommend and Tylenol I was hurting so bad yesterday I could not even stay. Resolution Sought Please reach out to me show some type of concern.
