I was treated like a piece a garbage by one off your staff in my on country,no respect no communication. I had the worst experience ever using LOT. The incident happened in Romania Henry Coanda Airport ., With birding pass in hand 2 kids and a service dog. I entered your county in July 14 with my service dog from Miami to Cluj Napoca with upgrade on the flight., where I was moved 3 times on the plane because (no reason) I need to mention the paperwork for my service dog where in place. The return flight with the same service dog was supposed to be on August 6 which never happened because your company decided to cancel it and reschedule for another date Automatically August 10., Departure from Bucharest. to Miami flight number LO640. Was a very bad experience been treated like garbage by the LOT person at the check in counter, no communication no respect and no help. Denied to get on the flight with 2 under age kids and a service dog. After they give me the boarding passes and took the 2 luggage. I demand some answers and apology from LOT and compensation. For the incident. The American Government Embassy is been involved with this incident because Am a citizen. Am stressed and frustrated still in Romania with no help to get back to Miami. Resolution Sought I will like to have my complain reviewed and help to get me back to Miami., with my service dog. Communication with a live person ASAP.
