Had a payment of $400 paid to ku for power so it did not get shut off, left 60.30 they shut it off because I hadn't got to call them about 60.30 . I posted on the account that it would be paid on the 1st but because I didn't get to it before the worker shut it off they shut it off n now says before it can be turned on that 60.30 has to be paid on full. Resolution Sought Would like for the power to be back in 2 type 1 diabetic children live in the home
