I was billed out if no were for over 700. They claim they under estimated my meter reading and that is the difference I owe. Resolution Sought It's not fair to estimate our meter readings and then expect us to pay a huge light bill.

My complaint is that i live alone and am not in the house from 6am to 7pm and have no children...I live alone and they gave me an estimate bill for 384 dollars at 3282kws. When I called to complain and read my meter, it showed I burned only 357 kws. I have been trying to get them to resolve the issue to no avail. I don't know what to do anymore. I send them via email my meter reading and no one is able to help me Resolution Sought I want them to give me a proper bill not estimate. I want actual
