I discovered that my now ex husband was not making car payments on a vehicle that he was responsible for. When I file for divorce the judge ruled that he got the vehicle and was responsible for the debt on the car. I have now been divorced for over four years and I'm still getting contacted by this attorneys office attempting to collect the money after the repossessed the vehicle and sold it at auction and came up short. I have sent a copy of the divorce decree and told them to quit contacting me MULTIPLE TIMES. IT is now borderline harassment. I've given them the information on where and how to contact my ex husband so he can take care of his financial responsibilities but they only come after me. Resolution Sought Leave me alone
