I feel that I was mistreated in this establishment.

One of the worst experiences ever when it comes to dealing with my health and wellness as a being. Nail Services provided at this establishment. I walked in and sat down with Lele supposedly named the wife of the owner Danny however, I asked a question about the drill because I'm new to all of this the drill it's not getting clean nothing is getting changed and it hurts when drilling deep hard on the nail bed I asked if she can lighten up a bit. Lele explains that is part of the process of placing acrylic on your hands and that if they don't drill the nail the nail will come up and I don't want to hear any complaints and not going to fix it if you come back the next day for free. So I said ok I understand that. I asked are there any other services that you provide that doesn't call the use of heavy Drilling she gets up and tell her husband to do my do my nails because I'm complaining. I did not understand that. I feel now that the concern of my health was not a factor to them. I was cursed at. Told I'm not doing your s*** because I'm complaining. I feel that I was mistreated in this establishment. They are not sanitizing they are not cleaning the instruments used properly. We are in a pandemic and if you cant at least acknowledged a slight bit of your customers concern you shouldn't service the public.
