Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My tractor was in the shop at Love's #467, 200 South King Blvd, 34945 for repairs to replace my starter, alternator and four batteries which were all under warranty. I also had TLC credits afforded me from Loves in the amount of $2300. The ongoing delay of my repairs resulted in my tractor being towed from Loves property & sold by Tri County Towing the company that Loves uses. By way of a conference call @ the service desk Gerri (Loves maintenance service manager) and I was told by Mr. Chavez that I did not have to worry about my truck being towed because they knew the truck up there waiting for service. We believe that our truck was targeted, and that they purposefully delayed our repairs, one factor regarding the delay was on the account that they wanted to locate where the parts were purchased, although I had my receipts in hand as well as my credits. We have been reaching out to their corporate office via phone & email. I have been getting the runaround since June 2022. Ms. Paige from the BBB in OK sent us Love's response it is as follows:" that I left an unmarked trailer on their premises and that they had a right to tow it away". I had to send her previous emails indicating that they Loves expressed that that they were going to take care of our repairs. Our truck was parked near the mechanic area for repairs only. I have images of our truck with the dot number and the company's logo & name. Sheriff's office says company/we should have been notified before they towed it. Resolution Sought Our truck was our livelihood and unjustly taken away! Therefore my wife and I are seeking repayment $300000 for the loss of income, truck and contract.
