I took my Car for windshield replacement and never got my car back. I gave very specific instructions on how my car was to be handled and was totally ignored and have lost my as a result. I had someone in car with me that i was giving ride to. But I explained to owner and customer service that had my keys that that person was to walk from there. Do not let this person anywhere near my car! I yelled this two or the times as I had their undivided attention. I never received calls that my car was ready so I just went as the were to close in went minutes. The owner was so rude to me. After spending over $600.00 there in that 3 days time. So I basically left without car ever since. He says he did nothing wrong. But he did. I called and try to report car stolen. They said IT was civil. I put $16,000.00 down before I could even take that car off the lot. Had been paying on IT 3 months shy of 2 Years at $380.00 a month. I invested a lot of money. IT was a 2015 BMW 528i. White with tinted Windows. IT only has 80,000 miles on IT. I was second owner. No damage except the window I paid over $300 to have fixed. I'm having such a hard time finding help with this matter. Resolution Sought I would like my car replaced. Periód. Same year, make, model, mileage, color and condition. Or I need help finding civil lawyer.
