This by far is the most unprofessional company and the worst representative of a company

On Nov 13, I incurred some wind damage to my vinyl fence. I got the name of a company called Lowe Fencing who apparently installed this fence when the development was being built. I called and spoke with a person by the name of Courtney who told me to send some pics and she would speak to "Jimmy", and they would get back to me with time for an appraisal - that was on Nov 14th. I was told that the they would be here on Nov 20th by Courtney. I waited all day and no one showed up. No phone call just a no show. I tried the following week to try and get ahold of someone left messages but no return phone call. I finally got a hold of Courtney once again and we set another date to have them come out on Dec 6. Once again we waited all day, no phone call, and another no show. I once again got a hold of Courtney who nonchalantly stated well I guess the weather held them up. No apology no excuse just a guess. She said that she would have to contact "Jimmy" again and reschedule. I asked her when that would be but she said she would have to call me back with a time and date. That woman has NEVER called me for any reason. THIS BY FAR IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND THE WORST REPRESENTATIVE OF A COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WON'T RETURN CALLES DOESN'T ANSWER HER PHONE BUT RARELY, AND MY 9 YR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER HAS MORE SOCIAL THAT THAN THIS GROWN WOMAN. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR FENCING YOU CAN SCRATCH " LOWE FENCING OFF YOUR LIST" FOR CDA IDAHO AND POST FALLS
