I ordered a custom door from Lowe's in February where an installation team had to come out measure my door frame to make the door. The door they ordered was a right hand in swing, but my front door is a left-hand end swing the door was shipped to the store. The installer told me about the in swing. I told him to decline the door and re-order a new door. They sent out a second installation team to measure the door frame again to order another door the door was ordered. It was shipped to the store. The installer arrived at my house to install the door only to find out that the door was too tall and would not fit in my frame. They took the door back to the store. The installation team called me and said they would retrofit my house to make the installation correct and the door was broken. A third door had to be ordered the third. Resolution Sought $500.00 store credit
