I ordered and am paying for carpet from Lowes the day it was to be installed, they called me and told me when they picked the carpet up and took it to the store they discovered it was wet – when they unrolled it, they discovered it was moldy, they were going to file a complaint with mohawk, it was to be installed 10/7/25, they keep telling me they are waiting on mohawk, the associates state they will call me back, but no one has called me to keep me updated. Somone left me a voicemail stating mohawk was waiting on info from me before they could finalize the complaint. But I don't know what info they are waiting one, the issue is between Lowes and mohawk, I have not seen the carpet. Resolution Sought Install the carpet in the next week or two.
