I went out to Lowe's Nov.15 2022, to buy a stove js760spss for 1447.40 included over head fan and a two year warranty I talked to two people in two hours first one help me for 45 minutes then got tired went to lunch another lady came over I had to start everything over so another hour she said stove would be before thanksgiving so I went home to get Lowes credit card came back next day they told me it would be 29 November I bought it all that day and before I left she said no later than 12-2 22 so I've been waiting no phone call from no one. Went out the yesterday to pick up stove they said it was in they would bring it out waited a couple hours then again had two people help me cause first guy had a attitude left with to lunch so another lady help me said it was in the back finally one hour late told me to check back at nine today. Went back out there a man help me said stove was in back went back there 15 minutes later come out said it has never came in at all so I go to customer service ask for all on my receipt be taken off my Lowe's card cause it's been over 30 days they tried to leave the extended warranty on there till I call and talk to someone I said why do I have to do your job getting warranty and top fan off of my card finally another manager came out to override her to get all of ecept201.81 on something she said it would be a few days before total amount is cleared off my card. Why am I going through all this for something that never was ordered through lowes. Resolution Sought A stove at Lowes js760spss and overhead fan jux3300sjs to be in before Christmas so I won't have to hear crap from my wife and she can cook for my three girls and ten grandchildren like she has been doing for30 years so far and 50 percent off for all the aggravation I've had with Lowes in the last month and at least a phone call from Lowes which I haven't received at all would be nice.
