We ordered new kitchen cabinets from Lowe's with granite countertops. The Lowe's cabinet coordinator laid out our kitchen design perfectly, however the cabinet installer they hired did not follow the design layout and totally messed up the cabinet installation. It was only 2 inches off however the with his installation the counter tops could not be installed, he did not correctly install an electrical box in the broom cabinet and cut and scored the bad board and trim so it needs to be replaced. We bought our home and had everything painted so this goofball marked all the walls so they need to be repainted and our trim and woodwork need to be redone. This started in September and it's been escalated to top priority- however that is just lip service to keep us at bat - nothing has been done and they plan to order replacement cabinet backings to cover up their mistakes. I did not order replacement or used cabinets. They need to move the cabinets to accommodate the countertops and that will leave holes in the cabinets. There was a manager change at the Warrington store so we are suppose to wait until someone is appointed - I really don't think they go without a store manager. We bought our new home and planned to have family join us for Thanksgiving and Christmas festivities however without a kitchen that could not happen - and Lowe's does not have a final plan that is acceptable - they are going to rehang the cabinets leaving holes for new screws. Resolution Sought Take their cabinets out and we will start over again with a new company or offer the product at a 50 discount - it's no longer new.
