I ordered a Pitt boss pro series smoker grill on November 25, delivered assembled on December 13. Order #300901330240673350. The auger does not work. It gives an error message every time you turn the grill on. The screws are also stripped on the grill and I did not receive the meat probe when it was delivered. I have tried chatting twice today with customer support. Both times I was disconnected. I have tried calling customer support, the first rep said she was processing an exchange to have a new one delivered and assembled where they would pick up the defective grill. She put me on hold and then I waited for 35 minutes. Call disconnected. A representative answered that was in your card services division. She said she didn't know why I was there and sent me back to the main menu again. I then spoke with a fifth representative who told me I am eligible for exchange but her system was not allowing her to process the exchange. So now she gave me a case # for west Columbia, sc location to contact me. Case # 64742625. This will be the 6th representative that I've spoken to and this is still not resolved. I received a defective grill and I need it to be exchanged at my home location for a new grill. This is completely absurd that I've waived 3 hours of my day on Saturday dealing with customer support and zero resolution. Resolution Sought I want a new assembled grill to be delivered to me to exchange the defective one that I received.
