Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Do not order any appliances with them!! You will never get them. I went to the store to order buy a refrigerator. They stated the one I chose was not in stock so they would deliver it within a week. A week went buy and on the day of delivery I received a call saying they had to look for another one bc the one they had in stock was bent. Mind you if you had to order one why would the one in stock that they didn't have in stock be bent?! The associate had an attitude when I asked questions and he said they would be calling me the same day to schedule a delivery time. Guess what they didn't do?! Call to schedule a delivery time. I received a call from a number I can't call back at 8:30am. I tried to call the store back to see if that was them stating they had a delivery out for me. The clerk had an attitude and they basically wanted to transfer me back and forth but then after 3 calls she said it was out for delivery and would be here before 4pm. Delivery windows are 4 hours so why would I be waiting 8?! I attempted to call back and the lady transferred me without a concern in the world and with an attitude!!! I don't even see how they are still open. I should have caught the red flag when the lady was complained about her appliance that she ordered that was never delivered and she had checked 5 times!!!! Resolution Sought I'm going to get a refund but this unacceptable
