I bought a dishwasher at Lowe's on September 2,2024 it was installed 9/18, used it once and it started throwing error codes. I called the installer like I was told to, he came on the 25th and said the unit was defective and he'd apply to get it replaced. Nothing ever happened so I called them and found out they never did so and Lowes said tough luck, you waited to long we're not going to do anything. Lowes finally said they would replace the unit if I paid for the new one first ( now paying for 2 dishwashers, I said unacceptable. Got LG involved and they said the would send someone, and then they wouldn't and then they would, but I'd have to pay if it wasn't a manufacturing defect. Then he wanted me to all kinds of trouble shooting on my BRAND new worked once dishwasher. By th way I bought a 5 year service plan on this baby. Resolution Sought At this point I just want my money back, and the paperweight removed from my house
