The company Lowe's home improvement located in 4950 southwestern BLVD hamburg,NY 14075 had a sale for a stove. The cost of the stove was 349 after lowering it due to missing parts and it being used I got it for 174. They confirmed with me that the stove is 100 working ,that there is nothing wrong with it. That it has a warranty under the factory and should be fine . When I call the company I asked them about the leaking gas when It shouldn't .This caused me and my family to be in great distress as we could have burned ourselves. When I called GE about what happened to get maintenance they told me that it was sold on oct 2025 , that there is no warranty on it . I was told to return it to the lowe`s I bought it from when I did so they refused to take it. The manger claimed that it is in perfect condition that there is nothing wrong with it.The manger told me that it was sold as ,even though I was never told that. Resolution Sought My desired outcome for the business is that the headquarter manger for the store I mentioned before should be punished or fired.My most desired outcome though is that I get a full refund.
