We ordered a 12x14 foot lower cost carpet on 12/13/23. To be delivered with padding the 17th of December. We received padding no carpet. Credit store talked to mng Beckie of flooring tried to get order from other stores this carpet was marked do not sale. Sooomng Paul called said we could come in order any carpet we wanted 12 x 14 foot To be delivered. We picked a better grade for same price paid Another 79. Delivery fee. We had to but Arial rugs to put on our floor for christmas gathering and in hopes of getting newer higher cost delivered on 01/05/24. Carpet arrived it was 12 inches by 14 inches. I returned with truck delivery guy. Received phone call from nakita at Lowes why did we return carpet, told her it was suppose to be 12 x 14 feet. Paul flooring mng called the evening of the 5th asking why returned. I said look at what I returned it's not 12 x 14 foot. He stated in this conversation u need to give me your card number. This carpet is higher no u gave me higher price. U approved it and your employee who wrote it up ask u to sign off On amount for same cost as lower carpet company mistake. At this point he was told we r not paying another dime. I just want my higher priced 12 x 14 foot carpet delivered. No calls so I called back talked to Jeff at front desk he stated that mng Courney was to call Monday the8th we have heard nothing. We just want our 12 x 14 carpet ordered 2nd time. Resolution Sought Order the blue stain master carpet we have paid for and deliver ASAP. Thank u
