We recently purchased a new refrigerator from Lowe's. The problem is not the purchase but the delivery. All deliveries are now outsourced. Three men came to delivery, only one admitted to speaking English. They were in a hurry to get done and go to the next delivery. The issue is they picked up a work bucket in our driveway and stole $300.00 worth of tools. We told the worker we bought the refrigerator from and asked that a manager call us. This is an issue that must be dealt with as a company with the reputation of quality should not hire thieves and ignore complaints. Resolution Sought A manager should respond as well as make sure restitution in some form is made. Outsourcing should be as reliable as the company's rept
