I got everything I needed, for my bathroom remodel else where. You get alot farther in life by being nice & respectful.

went to Middletown Lowe's today. (0303) We just bought a house, been doing a lot of shopping at Lowe's. My husband and I both got Lowe's credit card. We needed floors for our bathrooms. The arcadia bathroom floor, said they had it in stock. My husband has been checking for 2 weeks. Friday they had 52 boxes. So an associate walked up to my husband. ( Ryan) Asked what he could do for him. He asked where he could find the flooring. Which Ryan replied in our distribution center in Indiana. Then my husband said well on line it says you have it in stock. Which Ryan replies : on line isn't always right. Then he finally checks and there are 47 boxes in store. So after my husband and I watched him walk up and down. Then he tells us it's a customer order, that's why it's showing up online. But they don't have any. So then he shows us a dark, dark gray and my husband ask me if I liked it. I said it has too much gray for you. Then my husband tells Ryan he doesn't like alot of Gray. Which then Ryan says the other one was gray. At that point I walked out. My husband and I have been working 40+ hrs at secular job, trying to remodel a whole house, and keep up with a current one. When I go to Lowe's I want a nice, respectful associate, that cares that I get the help I need. Chris was no more helpful than Ryan. I understand if you don't know the answer, but I bet someone in Lowe's did have the answer. So why don't you ask for help.
