I received a promotional offer for 20 off the total purchase price with a maximum discount of $100. 00. I was given this offer after being approved for a Lowes Advantage credit card. I purchased items totaling $556. I presented the promotional coupon. The clerk was receiving some error codes so she called someone else over. This additional clerk entered a promotional code which was shown on the receipt. The total amount came up to $0 but she assured me that the $100 credit would be applied to my credit card. After not receiving the credit, I reached out to Lowes customer service. After several contacts back and forth this dispute was never satisfied and the company has stopped responding. At this point they are not honoring this promotional item even though I fulfilled all of the obligations. This is false advertising and I would not have made such a large purchase without this promotion. Resolution Sought Provide a credit to my account for the maximum refund amount of $100.00
