We bought a mower from Lowe's the middle of April and they delivered it to us on April 21st now I was still raining where we're at you know so we was just buying a a mower because we knew we'd be getting ready to use it so we pull the mower out on June 1st The more wanted to start I mind you this is over $3,000 mower and it won't even start the first time we get it so we charge the battery get it to finally start or cut the grass for about 10 minutes and a thing just starts smoking smelling like rubber and just instantly shuts down hasn't started since so it's been over 2 weeks with this broke down mower that's been sitting at our house we paid $412 for a protection plan or Lowe's says online that it promises that your mower will be picked up within 5 days here it is over 2 weeks later still sitting in the garage not picked up not fixed no nothing apparently they're supposed to have someone come pick it up to fix it next week but like we told them we don't want no mower that's messed up we didn't buy a mower that was used or messed up they advertised a new working mower which is why we bought it and the thing don't even work we just want a new mower not a fixed mower or all of our money back I've had my 85-year-old grandma crying for 2 weeks telling her that she can't do nothing fof her we've called everyone everything's documented The manager at Lowe's named Ashley very unprofessional not management material. If you received a mower like this I think you would feel the same Resolution Sought Either give us a new mower not this broke down mower they sold us or refund us all of our money we really don't want nothing to do with Lowe's no more honestly because their customer service is horrible so if we could get a full refund we'd be happy with that so we can buy a mower from home Depot but if not I mean we would like a replacement mower we just don't want nothing else to do with Lowe's no more
