16 months ago I paid in full for hurricane windows! The first installers attempted to install my window could not get them to fit so they cut away my dry wall and damage my stucco , ruined my window sills ! They also damage my plantation shutters! They end up handing me the permit and walk off the job leaving my house a wreck! Lowe's s sent out new installer because that installer no longer works with them! So the new installer came out and could never figure out the measurements so it went to installer #3 This installer since last September keeps scheduling appointments an never shows up for them! He canceled on me again last week and I keep requesting days off, so I'm losing out on my income to top it all off Resolution Sought Get my money back and compensation for the damage they have done and the work that I have miss!

Updated Response: 11/18/2024: Regarding the complaint by Ms. Gipson we write to advise you that we have reordered the missing window and screen. We are working with the installer to complete the installation. We will continue to work with the customer towards an amicable resolution to their complaint and will update you on or before 12/18/2024. Updated response 8.23.24 - that we have reordered the missing window and screen with the expected arrival date of 9/9/2024. REVISED RESPONSE 7.26.24 - Regarding the complaint by Ms. Gipson we write to advise you that we have scheduled the installation for 8/5/2024-8/6/2024. We continue to work with the customer towards an amicable resolution to their complaint and will update you on or before 8/23/2024. *********************************************** Company states; Regarding the complaint by Ms. Gibson, we write to advise you that We are working with the customer on getting her Hurricane windows installed. We have ordered new windows and will be receiving them on 06/19/2024. Once they arrive, we will be installing them for her and fixing the other issues mentioned in the original complaint.
