I purchased paint at the Somerset Lowes for a job that I was doing in Maryland. I gave the woman the code that the customer sent to my phone and she made the paint for Eventide. The code was a Sherwin Williams color which she was told. The color I did not see from the customer just the code so I did not know what color is was to be. I painted the customer home with the paint but needed a balloon to finish so I went to the Oakland Sherwin Williams and gave them the color and code and they mixed the paint but I seen it was a different color. Here I found out that the Lowes in somerset mixed a Lowes eventide and not the Sherwin Williams that was told to them so I called the Lowes in somerset to tell them about there mistake and they would not do anything about it. There mistake was not the first time. This has happened a couple times before. I lost money on the paint, the men's pay for there hours and traveling. There needs to be something done. This is horrible. Made my company look bad to the customer. Unacceptable!!!! There customer service was very rude and unpleasant. Horrible store!!! Resolution Sought I would like to get the money back for there mistake. I lost money on 4 gallons of paint, gas and had to pay 3 men for there hours on the wrong color. I lost 2500 and would like to get it back.
