June 28,2024 purchased customized steel interior and steel exterior security screen door. On october 08,2024 day of installation, when the box was opened we noted the interior doors damage but the door was installed anyway because the original doors had already been donated away. The exterior door was installed but but does not fit properly. Both doors were ordered custom made prior to the installation during the full payment process of the purchase. Project #820521284 Resolution Sought Reorder the customized doors for proper fitting and deliver without damage or refund my order in full, including picking up the doors they have now installed.
