I purchased a Hisense Refrigerator from Lowe's on 6/28/22. I called the Lowe's and Hisense on 7/27/22 to inform them that the freezer was going out. I was told by Hisense that I needed to turn the unit off for 24 hours and call back if it didn't reset itself. I did that, all my food spoiled. I called back to Hisense, because Lowe's took no responsibility and sent me to Hisense. I had purchased an extended service plan, but it was still the store responsibility to return the refrigerator. I have asked for a refund and that Hisense or Lowe's come to pick up this item. I have been calling since July to resolve my issue. I have notes of all calls. I was told that I had to have a service tech look at the refrigerator before they would take any measures. I have been calling almost every week for 3 months. Their service tech called on 10-5-2022 to say he ordered parts and they would be sent to him between 3-5 days. Hisense said they sent some one here on August 1, 2022-that was not the truth, no one contacted me or came to my home, that SR # was H2086920. On 9/28/22 I was told the above untrue statement and given another SR # H2184125. On 10/10/2022 service tech came and changed a part. The freezer still did not work and still does not work. On October 13, the service tech told me Hisense ordered more parts and when they come he will contact me. Well on today, October 21, 2022, I noticed that the refrigerator part of fridge, freezer at bottom, is now average 37 to 45 degrees. Resolution Sought I want a full refund from Lowe's/Hisense of what I paid and that they come and remove their property from my home. It never worked and properly, and still doesn't.
