Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. On May 16, 2025, LPI, Inc. charged my debit card ending in 3255 without my knowledge, without my permission, and without any prior authorization. I never agreed to automatic billing, nor did I provide consent for my debit card—or any financial information—to be stored or charged. I did not initiate, approve, or authorize this $367 charge in any way. At no point did I agree to recurring payments or provide blanket authorization for LPI, Inc. to charge my debit card ending in 3255 or my checking account linked to this card. This charge was made without my consent, and I consider this a serious breach of ethical business practice. If this company attempts to charge me without authorization again, I will pursue all available legal and financial channels to hold them accountable. This complaint is being filed as a matter of record and to prevent further unauthorized actions on their part. I am not playing games with LPI INC. This experience was completely unacceptable. Resolution Sought Please make it well known that LPI INC. has no permission from me to charge my debit/ credit cards or checking account without my written consent via email. Please delete any payment methods you have on file because you have no permission to store any of my financial information. You had no consent to store my card ending in 3255, yet LPI saved my card anyway and charged it without my approval. This was unprofessional, fraudulent, and a violation of my rights. Don't ever do this to me again, or
