I ordered package from shein and it shipped through LSO, unfortunately my package wasn't able to be delivered by this company. I've been trying to communicate with them on receiving an address where i can retrieve my package and have yet to be responded to, I've been waiting for a reponse from them for about a week now, they are failing to provide me with any sort of communication regarding the location of my package. I've also asked can it be redelivered or something as of 01/23/2024 @12:31 pm i have yet to receive any sort of communication. Resolution Sought I just want my package

I ordered a package from Fashion Nova back in February and still have not received it, the shipping was done by LSO who claims to have attempted delivery 2x but this is a lie and the last time stated due to my gated home (which I do not have) took pictures to show Fashion Nova who stated I can not be refunded with the package still showing out for delivery, I have contacted both companies several times at least Fashion Nova responds. LSO has a phone number that will not allow you to speak to anyone. Resolution Sought I want my packages are return them to Fashion nova so I may be refunded, it has been over a month with no assistance.
